LINXTV Terms of Use

LINXTV, LLC (“LINXTV”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the LINXTV streaming platform, accessible at linxtv.com (the “Site”), through which users can enjoy premium streaming of movies, anime, sports, and entertainment content across multiple devices (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing LINXTV (“Users”).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN FULL, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To access certain features, including paid plans and streaming options, you must create a LINXTV account and become a “LINXTV Member.”
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete account information and update it as needed.
You may not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
You must notify LINXTV immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your LINXTV account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, transfer, or trade your subscription.
2. Subscription Plans, Fees & Billing
LINXTV Members may access LINXTV Content (defined below) by subscribing to a paid monthly or annual plan (“Subscription Fee”).
Billing Authorization
By starting a LINXTV subscription and providing a valid payment method, you authorize us to charge:
The recurring Subscription Fee at the current rate
Any additional charges incurred through your use of the Services
Payments are non-refundable, except in LINXTV’s sole discretion.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month based on your sign-up date.
If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access until updated.
Price Changes
LINXTV may modify subscription pricing at any time. Changes will apply after we notify you via email in accordance with local legal requirements.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds are provided.
3. Proprietary Rights & User-Generated Content
Definitions
LINXTV Content: Movies, anime, streaming channels, sports events, graphics, images, logos, text, and licensed media available through the Services.
Licensed Content: Third-party media licensed for distribution on LINXTV.
User Submissions: Content posted, uploaded, or submitted by Users (e.g., comments, reviews, images).
User Submissions
If you submit content, you grant LINXTV a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your submissions for operational and promotional purposes.
You represent that you own the rights to your submissions and that they do not violate laws or third-party rights.
LINXTV Content Ownership
All LINXTV Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access content for personal streaming use only.
You may NOT:
Reproduce
Distribute
Download (unless expressly permitted)
Screen publicly
Sell
Modify
Create derivative works
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Content Availability Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific title or channel. Content may be removed, changed, or restricted at any time.
4. Copyright Policy
You agree not to use LINXTV to upload, share, distribute, or stream content that infringes on copyrighted works or violates intellectual property laws.
LINXTV will suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and comply with valid DMCA requests.
5. Modifications, Termination & Service Changes
LINXTV may:
Modify the Site or Services
Add or remove features
Suspend or terminate accounts
Update these Terms
Any changes to the Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of LINXTV means you accept the updated Terms.
LINXTV may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
Upon termination:
All rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately
Your account becomes inaccessible
LINXTV has no obligation to preserve your data or User Submissions
6. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
Upload unlawful, harmful, violent, hateful, or explicit content
Violate intellectual property rights
Tamper with security features or access systems
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools
Spread viruses or malicious code
Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
Attempt to bypass geographic or content restrictions
Collect personal data from other users
Impersonate individuals or businesses
Use LINXTV for fraud or illegal activity
Any such behavior may result in immediate account termination.
7. Interactions with Other Users
You are solely responsible for interactions with other LINXTV Users.
LINXTV does not screen users or guarantee their behavior.
Use caution and good judgment when engaging with others.
8. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways
Promotions (discount codes, giveaways, bundles) may be offered occasionally.
Each promotion includes its own rules, which take priority over these Terms if there is a conflict.
9. Limitation of Liability
LINXTV IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
Service interruptions
Loss of data
Third-party content
Unauthorized access to your account
Damages arising from use or inability to use the Services
Use of LINXTV is at your own risk.
